**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** 当访问pac规则之外的网站时,需要手动添加规则太繁琐 以及telegram.app 是直接通过ip连接服务器,必须开启全局模式才可以使用 **Describe the solution you'd like** 希望可以出现另外一个模式:所有国外的请求(不论是访问域名还是ip)全部走ss(github这种可以直连的也通过ss),国内的不走

设备通电后首次添加可以使用，一旦重新加载或重启home assistant后就不可用 - Device rejects connections
