使用框架setViewControllers后出现的问题

未调用前的导航栏  使用nav.setViewControllers(vcs, animated: true)，然后返回，出现的bug  看了代码，暂时没有找到原因，希望作者予以指导！

音视频同步尚未实现

你好： 在认真学习代码后，发现音视频各自解码之后，并没有实现一个比较适用的同步代码，而仅仅是用 `usleep(14.5*1000)`，但是经过测试，这个值并不是有效的。 最后希望能够完善下这部分功能，谢谢~
