OpenChain is now (since December 2020) ISO 5230 International Standard, not just Industry Standard.

This is a continuous document and there are no pages, so changing pages --> chapters.

If doing #42 BOM --> SBOM change, these are some more edits.

#42 related BOM --> SBOM.

#42 related change BOM --> SBOM.

Nowadays SBOM is widely used and I'm proposing that it could be used here too instead of BOM: BOM --> SBOM.

Added missing "." from the end of the sentence.
