I have the same issue, it has nothing to do with shaders (because i turned them off). It is related to optifine!
The same thing happens for me, but then with the normal wireless terminal. It doesn't bind. The advanced works fine for me. You get a message when the advanced wireless...
You can fix this by creating a datapack and re-add those recipes. That's what i did. Or if the Developers wants to, they could add a config for it.
as of today within MC 1.20.1 this bug is still there.
