Setting belongs_to / many_to_many relationships broken if using bigint/uint64 as ids

Hi, I believe the[ latest merge ](https://github.com/qor/qor/commit/49b14652095a1ab5ee2dd1a837e0e0a1dd63f622) into master broke saving/setting both belongs_to and many_to_many relationships if the underlying models use uint64 instead of uint to represent the id field...
