GraphQL OPTIONS request fails with error 500.

This seems very similar to https://experienceleague-stage.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-knowledge-base/kb/support-tools/patches/v1-0-18/mdva-35312-empty-graphql-request-throws-500-error-not-200-ok, which it says was fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.3, however, we're seeing this issue in Magento 2.4.7-p3
