Add icon for PostFinance

We were contacted (through theme support) by a merchant who uses a payment gateway called PostFinance.  There is no icon for this, so it doesn't show in Shopify theme...

Changing to this looks right:

I would love to see Theme Check recommend escaping all user-entered plain text (with `| escape`) I see a lot of developers not escaping strings in Liquid `{{ ... }}`...
