With Visual Studio 17 2022 17.4.4 I've made boost-hana from boost 1.81 dependent projects build with adding compile options [/Zc:__cplusplus](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/reference/zc-cplusplus) and [/Zc:preprocessor](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/reference/zc-preprocessor). This got rid of the accessors_impl related warnings....
Would this be more interesting to merge if the content was reorganized? If so, how?
This solves issue #3323
