Feature request: Trigger integration with Gotify

This should be easy enough as a copy from HTTP trigger which renders SIMPLETITLE and SIMPLEBODY with some extra stuff to show Makrdown message.

Add CHANGELOG.md and semantic versioning

Please also use [conventional commit messages](https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/#specification) so it is quite easy to create CHANGELOG.md and detect breaking changes.
