增加网页单词标记/标注的功能

## 设备信息 - 操作系统: Win10 - 浏览器版本: Chrome87 - 沙拉查词版本: v7.18 ## 请描述目前使用沙拉查词遇到什么不便 我们已经有生词本功能了, 但却没有将生词本中记录的单词标记出来的功能. 单词本中记录的生词很多时候懒得看或没时间学习(太多了😐), 如果可以将生词本中的单词标注到网页上(不限于初次标记的网页), 将会大大提高学习效率, 在不经意间就做到时常巩固, 还能熟悉这个单词的各种用法(上下文). ## 理想情况下，沙拉查词应该怎么做 第一次遇到生词, 加到生词本. 该单词就会标记出来, 以特殊的样式显示. 鼠标指向被记的单词, 自动提示含义和自定义内容. 日常浏览网页时, 遇到生词本中的词就会被标记出来....
