这个bug 真的 holyshit , 我在选择通道为3的时候也出现这个问题，验证码肯定是彩色的这个不用怀疑，我跟踪到generate_batch_by_tfrecords 发现如下判断，  图片通道看起来是4 永远不可能和3 相等，全部跳过
