Support for month, year and time zones in time_bucket

Hey, any updates on this issue. When I used `time_bucket('30 days')` I got the weird results from the database table. For now, even 30 days isn't working fine or me.

@prztrz what changes you made to resolve your issue, can you mention it here, I am also having the same issue when modal is open the page is scrolled automatically...

@Kelby2 I tried your solution but my problem isn't resolved, My problem is that whenever I redirect to a new page and if modal is opened then it scrolls down...
