Pulling image from Docker Hub.

From reading documentation it seems if an image isn't present on host the library will [pull from Docker Hub](https://github.com/fussybeaver/bollard/blob/master/src/image.rs#L1570) but this doesn't seem to be happening. Could I be missing...

- `node-uuid 1.4.7` => `uuid 3.0.0` - License requires SPDX string now.

I was wondering if you would be open to adding a feature to the `Docker` constructor to accept auth config while still supporting and overwriting those configs if specifically passed...
