I am developing on Windows and getting the same issue DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'Cntk.Core.CSBinding-2.6.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Oh no, the build definition doesn't use the csproj file, it still used the project.json. The csproj is there to try the project can be opened in locally Visual Studio...
