`file list` with `-recursive` does not return sub namespaces

I'm not sure if it's a spec or not (at least that is not documented), DBX API /files/list_folder with recursive does not return content under sub namespaces (team folders/shared folders).

`teamfolder file lock list` does not show results

The response from the server contains file list. The issue is on the reporting.

Currently watermint toolbox does not support team space model (ref.
