Reported by another user. Deleting the .mcd and replacing it with a new copy allowed the conversion prompt to appear on next launch.
Users are most likely canceling the conversion while the screen is still fading in, and SC only asks to convert once per file.

Probably just hidden by overscan in retail. I also don't believe individual indicator arrows can be hidden.
Yeah, but you would lose the player indicator too.
Took another look and I didn't see any script methods that would make this possible. The only ones for triangle indicators are: * to toggle _all_ indicators on/off, not just...
