NameError: name 'fused_act_ext' is not defined

刚设置BASICSR_JIT = "True"后，出现OSError: CUDA_HOME environment variable is not set. Please set it to your CUDA install root，就是fused_act_ext这个库只能在GPU下编译，windows cpu下跑推断模型是不行的吧
