typo in pegasus/install/download_tech file

I found there is a typo in the pegasus/install/download_tech/ELASTICSEARCH_URL=6.2.4, it supposed to be "ELASTICSEARCH_VER=6.2.4" instead of "ELASTICSEARCH_URL=6.2.4"
