请问 setInstanceName 设置实例名是什么意思呢？

![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/20147781/81135738-f1e89880-8f8b-11ea-9637-982723e82ae0.png) 请问下：README.md 中实例化 Producer PullConsumer PushConsumer 类的时候，都传了参数，看了作者代码，注释写着 实例名,用来组合生成 client_id，请具体解释下这个参数有什么用吗？因为我在代码中随便传参数代码没什么影响啊。 既然在实例化类的时候，已经传了 $instanceName, 为什么还要 setInstanceName 呢？
