GeckoProfiler does not respect symbolicationURL on Linux

If I change `profiler.symbolicationURL` to point my local server `http://localhost:8000/gecko-profiler`, it keeps requesting symbols from the remote server. On Windows it works fine.

In PR #515 we disabled `dind` tests because it is causing problems in the community deployment. We need to fix it and reenable the tests.

Fix Ruby 1.9 module loading

Ruby 1.9 removed the current directory from the load path, so we need to do absolute path loading inside the _preprocess_ script.
