Database installation does not execute to the end

There is no problem during installation, but on the last step it will stopping the process. With sample data or not, the installation will be not complete. Any ideas? ...

Cannot make reservation on GLPI 9.5.7 with Addressing Version 2.9.1

I can add a new item as reservation. After I click "Validate the reservation" button, no information are stored in the plugin and no error is visible. Everything is blank....
