Ability to use PeekPokeTester similar to InterpretiveTester

It is a bit complex to phrase what I want, but I'll try it nonetheless PeekPokeTester requires that every test should be in the tester class, like: class GCDPeekPokeTester(c: RealGCD2)...

Yocto supports TCLIBC="newlib" and TCLIBC="baremetal" for bare metal builds. On ARM targets clang frequently compiles smaller code than gcc - would be useful if this toolchain also supports bare metal.
