I have faced this exact same behavior as well. It doesn't happen for all Windows servers, but for some server it just hangs exactly at the same position for me:...

Unfortunately yes, the One that hung for me in top pane is Altered Security CRTE lab.
Thank you, fixed now. It is now working fine in version 2.1.18.
