Most probably it's about the way I'm trying to use resilience4j, kind of, as a global grpc interceptor with default config; Thanks @kdombeck for input and great PR!

@zhoucumt I think it was 2.x something (3-4) can't remember for sure. Was somewhere in the article.
I'm currently experiencing the same issue and am still investigating the root cause. I'll update once I've identified what's causing the problem or found a solution.
