QT5 support

moved QT support to QT5, tested on OSX 10.12.6 (all dependancies acquired via homebrew) and gentoo-hardened

moved to QT5 and added OSX installer

osx install script relies on homebrew to install dependancies. All changes testede on OSX 10.12.6

the local test works, have not plugged it into a ratnet app to see if it works yet
