if cutting with symmetry along multiple axes, the counts are not correct and the verts don't go all the way to the symmetry plane. 

Tweak: add feature that makes creases sticky

when moving verts across the source, having verts "stick" along creases can be a useful feature.

PolyStrips: option to generate geo from surface rather than screen

Presently, PS generates the geometry from screen-space, which is probably not what the artist wants when working on surface with normal pointing away from view. 

make UI_WrappedLabel wrap on symbols such as "-" or "/"

this would be particularly useful with the exception alerts, where the full paths to files can be very long (ignore the flashing black in the screen capture below) 

Bug: Fullscreening area with two windows causes error

Steps: 1. Window > New Window 2. Switch to RF tool 3. Press Ctrl+Space 4. See error

It seems that the resize brush viz does not show when you first switch to PolyStrips or Strokes and tap `F` until after you press `Ctrl`.
