天花板低是一个问题，另一个问题是门槛和平均技术含量低。由于前端需求本身的特点（灵活快速），大多数公司内部的前端岗位，对于软件工程的实践都很少，code review、单元测试、性能测试等等。导致大量的前端项目的标准是『能跑就行』。 近年来三大框架和es6以及工程化工具的发展改善了一些情况，但与其他岗位的差距仍然存在。而且鉴于上文提到前端需求本身的特点，这个问题难以完全消除。

maybe you need build the fasterTransformers with `-DBUILD_PYT=ON`, eg: `cmake -DSM=80 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DBUILD_MULTI_GPU=ON -DBUILD_PYT=ON ..`
