Hex release of 1.4.2 broken (for Elixir, at least)

Looks like removing mix.exs in d7c3f476287467291c065d3ba4c58bdf8d990923 is what caused the issue. When using couchbeam in Elixir project, mix is not aware of the required dependencies without this file.
