Use bash python3 -m bot To run. If problem not resolved install requirements.txt file and fork this repo with different name and type forked repo url and run.
Looks like u didn't install requirements. For installing requirements use command * pip3 install -U -r requirements.txt * without given star symbol.
And also edit info.py that is also reason for that.
