Allow Queen Bee to be the first move.

@jonthysell do you thin it is possible to add an option to [GameTypeString](https://github.com/jonthysell/Mzinga/wiki/UniversalHiveProtocol#gametypestring) in UHP to choose the opening type? Something like `Base+StandardOpening` or `Base+TournamentOpening`.
