Blank frame in between last and first frame when looped.

There seems to be a blank frame before the video loops, happens with h.264 videos.

Bug: CUDA_HOME wasn't being assigned. This lead to a blocking error in which the process would stop.

Ability to Be Ran From Background Thread Broken With 1.5

We're currently seeing our TTS returning back errors pertaining to `torch compile` and how it's causing the apps not to be able to run with background threads using VoxCPM 1.5....
