Update: [Python 3.11 is the highest supported version]( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-versions?tabs=isolated-process%2Cv4&pivots=programming-language-python#languages) by solution functions (Azure Function App). Currently 3.12 version is not supported and will require replacing function code with custom containers.
