Could it be possible to embed `seguiemj.ttf` or [NotoColorEmoji_WindowsCompatible.ttf](https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-emoji/blob/41ae6686ace1453b432ac907a165428f2e1ad54e/fonts/NotoColorEmoji_WindowsCompatible.ttf) into the `emoji.wpf` or `emoji.wpf.` assembly?
Just add this to the xml file as a band-aid solution for now: ```xml ```
