I am not an expert but I do not notice anything "unnormal" in the Safari "opt-cmd-1"-window (Elemente, Konsole, Quellen, Netzwerk, Timelines, Speicher, ...)

I will pay 30€ for a solution. Maybe somebody else likes to contribute :-)

"My" fetch.php has got 127 lines. Are you sure we are talking about same dokuwiki-version and same file?

Put two slashes in the beginning of line 59, so that it is commented out. This here works, at least temporarily.

Is it known by somebody where these auto-increment ++-values are stored?
