move install.tar.gz to WSL-DistroLauncher\x64\Debug\DistroLauncher-Appx\install.tar.gz it worked for me.

Have you installed the cert to Local Machine > Place all certificates in the following store > Trusted People
Oh, didn't see your initial issue that has been created, unpublishing the apps for now, planning to republish them under different names and logos later, that works right?
