I don't think WEB_DOMAIN is really relevant in this; WEB_DOMAIN is just where the WebUI is served afaik and I don't think it's relevant for a LOCAL_DOMAIN change, only ALTERNATE_DOMAINS

just a passer-by, but for modern Nix stuff `flake.nix` is more widely used iirc. could also base it off [the existing packaging](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-unstable/pkgs/applications/graphics/rnote/default.nix) too; might whip up a PR later
