What's the output of `python --version`?
What's in your `~/.local/share/krita/pykrita/`?
Can you remove the `KritaRedesign.colors`, `README.md` and `LICENSE`, and try again?
I'm having a harder time believing that it's a problem of the plugin itself, but a problem of Krita itself. Maybe Reset the configurations, by going to `Settings > Reset...
Yeah, I think you need to do a full Krita purge and reset... Try that, and if that doesn't do it, we'll see from there!
And without my plugin there, does everything work? If it doesn't, run Krita from the console and see if any errors pop up
