I have tried many of the solutions on the internet for this error and still have not been able to solve it.

I have tried with different ports and it still does not work.

I have root privileges and I have tried disconnecting the firewall temporarily, I also tried opening the port in question with a firewall rule.

and how i solve the problem?

I already tried that and it didn't work either
