.net项目运行按照说明操作，运行后就报错，有人遇到过么谢谢

System.TypeInitializationException:““Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime.NativeMethods”的类型初始值设定项引发异常。” DllNotFoundException: 无法加载 DLL“onnxruntime”: 找不到指定的模块。 (异常来自 HRESULT:0x8007007E)。 onnxruntime 已经安装好了 1.6 版本 都是安装说明一步步操作，运行后就直接报错，文件夹中的确有这个文件，都是通过buget安装的 win7 64 系统 是还少安装什么吗？

测试了在主项目中新建个类 dcloud_uniplugins.json 中设置 好包路径，无法调用，换到新建的module中就可以调用 是什么原因呢 如何解决 谢谢
