thanks for the response the only command i see to install is.. bower install html5shiv --save-dev which still throws error "bower ENOTFOUND Package html5shiv-dist not found" am i missing something?...

pls disregard - my bower.son file had reference to old package html5shiv-dist instead of html5shiv - updating name fixed the issue thanks
