How about make this available via `clusterrunner` CLI? Just like how we can submit jobs to a master via `clusterrunner` CLI.

No error raised when slave cannot ssh to the master

BTW, I created a 'mac' label to track all the Mac specific clusterrunner issues.

Minimum git version should be documented and verified
