刚刚翻了翻[GFM](https://github.github.com/gfm/)，没有找到与sup和sub有关的规范，所以这个应该还是属于HTML标签的。
移动端支持现在其实已经挺好的了，不过目录。。。Markdown不带这功能的啊

确实，但是我记得 url 编码的 base64 是没有结尾的等号的，所以应该可以视为唯一的（不过唯一真的这么重要吗……同一个证书对同一个输入的签名真的是唯一的吗……）
