Debug build video playback is slow 1-2fps on Windows10, oF 0.9.3

Hello Whenever running a debug build using ofVideoPlayer I get between 1-2fps. Release builds seem to function as usual at around 60fps. I've just noticed this on the 0.9.3 version...
