I think some clarification is needed. ALB doesn't do anything related to Authentication, you need an Identity Provider for this which Amplify supports using Amazon Cognito. This will return OIDC...

I'm still not sure what the ask here is? My suggestion is if you're really set on using ALB with Cognito see what does & doesn't work with Amplify that...
