Possible fix of #347

In the case of using MultipleInput as a widget column, rows from the original column (widget) are ignored and only the first row is cloned 

It would be nice to remove a dependency on jquery as much as possible

At the moment we have only basic examples of library usage. People quite often ask questions about using the widget with different widgets such as Kartik's widgets and so on....

We need to add support for different themes such as BS3 and BS4.
