log injection - dd.trace_id, dd.span_id, dd.env, dd.service, dd.version are not getting injected to tomcat access logs

I tried exactly this and it didn't work, now it makes sense why it didn't. Yes, it would be great if it worked like that.

Exporter authentication

I want to implement Authentication on Java agent side. i already know how to implement Authentication at collector side. Pls advice on how to implement Extensions for Authentication.
