Using stack/kubernetes/24a_deploy_loki.sh the stack for loki can be deployed to GKE and application logs can be viewed via the grafana loki plugin.

We use promtail instead of fluentd as the more cannonical solution for log ingestion. Thus, I renamed the title of the issue.
