Error about php runtime Env. where is the composer.json file?

I am not a phper, is this project mission "composer.json" ? I didn't know the rquirement lib name or something, so i can't run this script, can anybody help this?

github上的V3分支PLAYER自行编译后无法导入项目，一导入就卡死

重现方法，打开3.3的Player工程，编译运行player, 点导入项目，定位文件夹到quick的任意一个samples里，然后点导入，player就卡死了，代码是断在 CCRenderer.cpp 的743行，void *buf, buf是NULL。望解决？或者是我使用的方式不对？补充一下系统版本10.10，Xcode版本6.4
