[BUG] Settings window clipped

**Describe the bug** SteamVR Settings Window content clipped because the window is too small. Likely HiDPI or font size related. The window is fixed size so I cannot resize it...

Maybe even integrate Looper. Sequencer should also be able to play back pre-made sequences. (for game or simulation audio)

probably should start passing rcid down into the renderer by rcid_constptr_t instead of const rcid&
