fix: allow install.js script to accept simulator name with different generation

workaround: remove the emulator name that has the generation name (eg `name:iPhone SE (3rd generation)`)

temporary solution, you can add [windowOptOutEdgeToEdgeEnforcement](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/R.attr#windowOptOutEdgeToEdgeEnforcement) in styles.xml this option will be removed later in Android 16 (https://developer.android.com/about/versions/16/behavior-changes-16#edge-to-edge)
